Aegon Junior Report

In a fantastic season in the Aegon Junior Leagues Preston LTC junior players should be proud of themselves.

The Under 16 Boys Team, the under 14 Boys and Girls team and the under 12 Boys B team all came top of their leagues. This includes the under 16 Boys winning the Top Division of the County Leagues.

As well as these great achievements our Under 8 mixed team came second in their group playing some great tennis. Our under 9 mixed team came 3rd in their league. The under 12 Boys A team did really well to avoid relegation winning their last two matches of the season to come 4th. This was a great effort considering in a lot of the matches they had to play against nationally ranked players.

Overall the season was a huge success and an improvement on last year.

We would like to thank all the players who represented the club and all the parents who helped to run the teams.

We look forward to training hard over the next year to make the next season an ever bigger success.
